Flyway transformed a former real estate office into the home of Welton’s Tiny Bake Shop, bringing new life and purpose to just 360 square feet. Working alongside Charleston-based design studio Public Regard, the team turned the compact footprint into a highly functional bakery and neighborhood storefront where every inch of space matters. Since opening, Welton’s has continued to grow, earning national recognition with a James Beard Award nomination.
