A recent addition to the Flyway portfolio, The Haven Development is located in the fast-growing Park Circle neighborhood and consists of six homes totaling eight fully renovated units, completed in 2024.
In partnership with the owner, Flyway developed a strategic leasing plan tailored to the property and the owner’s financial goals, balancing consistent cash flow with long-term revenue potential. Six units operate as long-term rentals, while two are positioned as short-term rentals to capture additional upside in the Charleston market.
